Friday Refresh

Therapist Refresh's class of contemplative practice designed by therapists, for therapists. We look forward to spending time in community and to offering you some grounding and ease as you continue to offer your important work in our world.

Class Format

Our hour-long class includes a centering practice, guided meditation, and gentle movement all focused on the theme of resourcing ourselves in difficult times. Please know that all activities can be modified to support you and your current physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs.

How to Prepare

Find a private space with a space to place your computer. We will be seated for much of the class, with some moments of standing as well as a savasana done laying down. If available to you and preferred, you might consider using blankets, pillows, or a meditation cushion to help you be comfortable as you sit. Please dress comfortably for gentle movement.

We suggest you plan to log on 5-10 minutes ahead of time to work to find a spot to place your computer and ensure your video and audio are working. The “meeting” will be open 10 minutes ahead of class. You are welcome to leave your video on or off during our class.
