Understanding Trauma

The therapists we supervise and consult with frequently tell us that it is work with trauma that most often leaves them feeling overwhelmed. Our aim, as always, is to help therapists feel resourced -- both professionally and personally -- as they care for others. The "Understanding Trauma: Easing the Drama of Trauma Symptoms" course offers expert insights and practical tools for working with trauma survivors.

Sharon teaches psychoeducation and regulating skills that she has used for over 30 years in clinical work and supervision. Gain multi-theoretical knowledge and increase your confidence and ability in helping ease trauma symptoms.
